Stark’s Auto LLC Mobile Mechanic

We had an excellent experience with Stark's. Our company is based out of Christiansburg and when the alternator in one of our fleet vehicles on a job site in Bedford died he got out there and had it repaired the same day. I am very happy with the service we received.

My friends and I tried working on my car and wound up making things worse, but Starks came in and helped us correct a litany of issues that confused us. And when things got more convoluted than we expected, he stayed in touch, came back out the next day, and now my car’s on the road again.

I cannot say enough about Stark's Auto! They are amazing! My mother lives by herself in the Lynchburg area and unfortunately I live about 3 hours away and am unable to come when she has car trouble. I have called Stark's Auto multiple times now to go assist my elderly mother and they do a fantastic job. Not only do they go and assess the situation but he is wonderful at keeping me informed and also telling my mother exactly what's wrong and what the best course of action is as well as making sure not to overcharge on anything. Not sure what some of the other negative reviews are about because every interaction that I have had with Stark's Auto has just been fantastic. They really go above and beyond. And if you're looking for a mobile mechanic in the Lynchburg area, they absolutely should be who you use. Luckily, my mom's car doesn't need frequent repairs, but when necessary I will always use Stark's Auto from here on out.

Travis is such a gift and peace of mind to know at Liberty! He has helped two of our daughters who have needed help with their older, high mileage Volvos. He comes to any place that is needed, and was even able to get our daughter’s car able to move so they could take it out of the parking lot to fix it and no tow truck was needed! He has saved us so much money and done such wonderful repair work. He has told us honestly work that we don’t need, or ways to get things done less expensively. All of his work has been excellent. As a mom, we trust him completely. Have confidence reaching out to him!

My brother found Stark Auto on google on a Saturday. He answered promptly, offered to come diagnose THAT day within hours of us calling. It was my fuel pump, he got the part by Monday and had my car fixed and running in 50mins right outside my job that day. I didnt have to do anything but pay the man. He is very knowledgeable and let me know that my car will need some other things (which I knew). His prices are fair, hes professional, and doesn't take advantage of the fact that im a woman and that was nice! Travis and Mike, thank you so much! She still needs some work but she's cranked every time and has made that trip to Cville and back w no issues!! If anyone in LYH (or back home where im from bc he does service surrounding areas!!) needs some lift-less work done, please call Starks!! You wont be disappointed!!! 5 stars!!!
